Distributed inspection system
In a large city, there were hundreds of measuring devices. The existing process consisted of site visits to collect data and monitor proper functioning and calibration.
It was an inefficient and costly process.
A distributed system for collecting equipment data and analyzing it at the monitoring center was implemented, which not only drastically reduced costs and increased the effectiveness of the entire system, but also made it possible to obtain alarms, prevent problems, and generate information that was previously simply not feasible to obtain.
Costs were reduced and the capacity of the entire system was expanded.
Project:
Critical manufacturing automation
A manually regulated sensor was manufactured; the process was highly specialized and had not been updated for years due to its large utility margin.
However, the competition began to gain market share at an alarming rate.
An analysis of the process was carried out, and it was determined that automation was the most feasible option. All the necessary engineering was undertaken, establishing KPIs that the process and the product had to meet.
A substantial improvement in quality was achieved and costs were reduced, so the market share was recovered and even improved.

Embedded electronics for GOA2 railway
An old GOA2 system was in crisis due to a lack of spare parts which had a waiting time of several months.
This greatly affected the operation, MTTR, and system availability.
The entire development team for the new system was formed in functional safety, application of CENELEC EN5012x/EN50155, EN61508 regula-tions, technical documentation and was supported by intellectual property, so that the system to be developed could be approved for a GOA2.
The result was a modern, functional system that complied with international regulations.
